A trendy new hotel in a pleasant location offering spacious rooms with two beds plus attentive and kind staff providing complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

A hotel with no fringes, but ok for one night. Kindness of the staff, For France: an excellent breakfast buffet, small car park at the back of he hotel. This is not a hotel to stay in for days (small rooms) but excellent stop-over hotel with an excellent location close to the centre of Vichy (walking distance)

Rooms are a bit dusty..

Double room was with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. It had a bath in the particularly good bathroom...

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Vichy. I was impressed with the excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities provided. The hotel's attention to detail was also notable, with clean and spacious rooms that had two beds, perfect for accommodating a small group. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was conveniently situated near the town center, close to the bustling city center and just steps away from the tranquil river. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a fantastic bonus, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.

I couldn't find a single fault during my stay.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The location was perfect, close to both the river and the town and there was a car park too. A great little hotel.

I stayed at Ibis Styles for one night during my visit to Vichy. The location in the city center was perfect, and having a private car park was a practical bonus. The receptionist was incredibly helpful when my navigation system failed, guiding me to the hotel. The bed with quilt provided a great night's sleep, and at just 46,80€, it was excellent value for money. I'm excited to see the improvements after the renovations are complete. Plus, the staff even provided breakfast at 4am for the Ironman Vichy event, and gave us a lovely gift afterwards.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location here is good and marvelous, within easy walking distance of a city park, and all the employees are fantastic and great.

It was very close to the thermal pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The position close to the baths and town centre was excellent

It was unfortunate that people arrived in the early hours, I imagine from a wedding party as it was a Saturday and we had a most disturbed night.

The location was perfect for our needs. We had paid extra for a "superior comfort room" which we presume was the big bed and we slept well. Breakfast was surprisingly good considering it was included in the very reasonable room rate.

The entrance and corridors etc were uninviting and our room was a strange shape and very small, dominated by the big bed which we think must have been the extra "superior comfort" that we had paid for. The bathroom was old, but generally we got what we had paid for!

Wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests, the rooms were cozy and had two comfortable beds.

I wish I could say that I liked anything!

The room was poky and could have done with a complete refurb. There were no tissues in the tissue container and no soap in the bathroom. The shower door didn't open from the inside! The breakfast was completely self - serve. Not a member of staff in sight.
